I have lived in Luxembourg for twelve years and worked in real estate for twenty-one. My days are built around other people's homes, keys, schedules and trust, which turns out to be a reasonable preparation for this.
PAWLY started because I kept hearing the same thing from friends and clients here: they loved their dog, they worked eleven-hour days, and the options were either a group walk with five dogs in a van or a stranger from an app they had never met.
I wanted to build the version I would want for my own dog. One walker. One dog at a time. The same person every week. And enough information sent back to you that you never have to wonder how the walk went.
What you can expect from me
I show up. If I say 12:30, it is 12:30, and if traffic makes it 12:45 you will know at 12:20.
I write everything down. Feeding, medication, vet contacts, door codes, the neighbour with the key. Nothing lives only in my head.
I tell you when something is off. If your dog is limping, eating less, or not himself, you hear it that day, not next week.
I say no. If your dog needs a behaviourist, or three walks a day and I can only do one, or a service I cannot do well, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
Practical things
· I speak English and French fluently, and Italian.
· I hold professional liability insurance.
· I work Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 21:00, and I answer WhatsApp within a couple of hours.
· I take on a limited number of regular clients, because the whole point is that it is always me.
