Booking, payment and cancellation
Booking & cancellation
Walks and visits: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations are charged at 50%. No-show is charged in full.
Overnight, weekend and holiday bookings: free cancellation up to 7 days before. Later cancellations are charged at 50%. A 30% deposit confirms every holiday booking.
Payment
Monthly passes are paid in advance, by bank transfer, at the start of each period. Single services are paid within 7 days of invoice. Payconiq and bank transfer accepted.
Keys
Keys are collected at the Meet & Greet against a signed receipt, stored securely and unmarked, and returned on request at any time.
VAT
All prices are final. No VAT is charged (Luxembourg small business scheme, article 57bis).
Unused services
Unused walks within a monthly pass can be carried over to the following month, up to a maximum of 2 walks.
